How Long to Answer Questions?

I was reading 400 Interview Questions from M&I and it said that most behavorial questions need to be answered in under one minute. How is that possible with utilizing anecdotes?

For example, if I were to answer the "Tell me About your 3 Weaknesses question, I would need at least 3-4 minutes going through 3 anecdotes to illustrate my three weaknesses. I can't fathom how a person would be able to answer most behavioral questions in under a minute? Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated!

I second the word doc advice. I would say 90 seconds is as long as you want to go. Anything longer than that will just bore them.
