How Many Internships do I need before SA 2027

freshman at target here. However, people say that you need more internships. How many should I am for? Does it help to diversify? Ex, PE, VC, IB. Ex. PE, IB, PE.

Do I also need deal experience to stand out or will having multiple quality internships in itself be enough?

Quality over quantity always, 1 solid internship with strong club involvement and networking will get you anywhere

Def right track, just start sending out emails over the summer. Personally nontarget w 1 club leadership position, cold emailed hella, interned at an industry focused boutique freshman summer, and leveraged that to get a BB offer within that industry.

Can't speak for targets, but as a non target quantity was just as important, if not more, than quality. Many of my internships weren't outstanding, but having many of them made my resume stand out.
