I currently work at a top BB in back office. Been here for about 1.5 years but have worked my ass off modeling, networking, etc. and I managed to get interviews for investment banking at other banks. Met with two directors and now I am meeting with the Head of the group. Is it common to skip superdays? New to the process and appreciate any insight.
