How many SA do the BBs usually take
Multiple BBs are starting their process soon along with many of them going through diversity recruiting. I was wondering how many SA do the BBs usually hire for their NYC offices.
Also, how many spots do you think will typically goto diversity candidates before the non-diversity process starts?

GS for example wants their incoming classes from now on to be 50% female, at least 11% african american, and 14% hispanic/latino so you can do the math of how many spots there are for non-diversity (I am sure there is an additional goal for LGBT)

Safe to assume 15% for non URM then?
I would say more than that. People can be both female and African American, for example so they overlap. You can’t just add the percentages because of that

At many banks around 50% of the SA class are women, so if we're including women as URM (which they are from a recruiting standpoint) thats already half
