Would like some perspective. Am on five live and I don't even know how many pitches. Am kind of struggling to keep up, basically pushing through by the skin of my teeth, which is not normal for me. Wondering if it's a me issue or I'm just overstaffed af.

There’s no possible way you’re doing meaningful work on 5 live deals. Or you aren’t clear what a live deal is. To answer your question, I think 2 live deals and a pitch is the sweet spot.

Agree w above, scope of your work must be very limited if working on that many “live” deals. I would imagine back being a second year on a lean deal team, I can realistically work on 2 max 3 live transactions without losing sanity.
