How often do you talk to your bankers on the phone?
At my last job I always corresponded with my bankers for the most part over email and it was great. One of my bankers that I did a lot of work for I would talk to maybe once every month or two on the phone (he was in a different office).
At my new job my bankers call me constantly to catch up and review workload - like multiple times a day and it's *all* of them.
Does anyone else have this experience? I can't tell which scenario is an anomaly.
