How should I approach following up on an application in this situation?
Hey y'all - just a quick question on referrals & interviews for investment banking. Some context - I'm a diversity candidate at a top target gunning for IB BB. I've recently received several official referrals about 2 weeks ago for a Sophomore Summer Analyst role at a BB IB firm, but I sent in and did my hirevue almost 3 weeks ago now and haven't heard anything since. Am I screwed now? I was hoping I might get an interview request all things considering but since I haven't heard anything I'm getting a bit worried. Should I follow up with the people I been networking with about it? I keep getting emails from the firm telling me to apply or if I have applied to not do anything. I used the same email for the application and everything. Is there anything I should do?
