How to be sexy AF to an Industry Specific Boutique

besides the normal things that would make you an attractive candidate to ANY bank (4.9 GPA, 12 internships, ETC.), to be an exceptional candidate- for an ISB- one should do/have what?

I don't have the merit to get into a BB and am not particularly fond of not having a life at an EB either. My dad owns a construction company and I worked in construction for about 3 years. I would love to get into an ISB for the more desirable WLB and think industrials would suit me well bc my 'above-average' knowledge.

I can't find anything super specific about ISB recruitment process online and was hoping anyone with ISB experience can give me some tips on breaking in, recruitment, best (or to avoid) banks, other banking exit ops, and overall I guess 'how to look sexy AF'. Thank you in advance.
