How do I become a better associate? Hit the desk 8 months ago, have a finance background but this is my first time in banking. I know my industry coverage well but am having a hard time with things like keeping up with multiple processes and attention to detail. I find myself making stupid mistakes in emails. It’s Devon’s frustrating. Maybe I’m distracted, idk.
