How to deal with incompetent MDs?
Seeking some advice from the monkeys online here,
Has anyone ever schooled or successfully reasoned with an incompetent MD? Not talking about the "let's iterate on this and get sharp" but more the
- Doesn't know clients financials
- Doesn't understand clients product or business model
- Speaks only to the book in meetings with endless pitches and follow ups
- Just isn't a good role model
Anything to do here to improve situation? Like the coverage universe but dude sucks and I want to keep myself sharp and working on what matters.
