All, would greatly appreciate any advice on how to file taxes after lateralling mid-year. I’ve received my W-2 from my current employer. Should I have also received a W-2 from my previous employer for the first ~5months of 2021 i was employed there? How do I get this other W-2 if I haven’t yet received it??

They should provide you a W2. If they don't by the end of Feb, reach out to them. They need to legally provide it.
Is it possible they would send it to whatever address i last had on file with them? I moved across the country… would they resend me my w-2 if asked to my new address?
