I’m an analyst that has been here for about 3 months now. I have been staffed with an associate on some deals and make mistakes somewhat often. This isn’t really the case with other associates I work with but for some reason I make mistakes with this one. I feel really bad because it just leads for more work for him to review. How long did it take you guys to get past this? Am I overthinking?
