How to get from KPMG ITA Program into IB?

Hey guys,

I was wondering if any of you could offer some insight into how I can move into IB from the IT Attestation advisory program at KPMG. I'm graduating in May 2016. I will be getting my BBA in Finance from one of New York's top schools for finance. (I was told not to name which one). I've received, and agreed to my full-time offer at KPMG. I played baseball away every Summer except 2015, in which I interned for them. Needless to say, I had no idea how pertinent IB internships were to acquiring a full-time analyst offer.
