I work in a Big 4 industrials IB/CF group, and while historically people have gone to places like L Catterton/CVC etc from Big 4 IB in my country, i am wondering what extra i should be doing to move from industrials to Consumer PE. Can someone please point me to some good resources? will be much appreciated!!!
