How to Get out of Houston - A1 need help!
I am about to start at an UMM O&G group in Houston and want advice on how to get out of there as quick as possible. For context I go to a semi target and would love to work in NYC/Miami however that would look. Should I aim to lateral to industrials/generalist, recruit for PE or HF. I also want to be realistic about where I have a shot. Thanks.
I’ve known multiple people who have internally transferred to NYC or just got a new job there. It’s really not hard. Just wait until after the one year mark to start applying.
