Call them up and tell them you have received a better offer, if you have already started working it is common etiquette to give them two weeks notice and continue working as planned for the next two weeks and then finally leave after that period of time.

Just send her this email:

Dear ___

Recently, I was at Macy's and I attempted to shoplift by wearing 3 pairs of Calvin Klein boxers under my jeans, but I was caught by the loss prevention staff, who run very quickly and are very strong. I tried to fight them but I lost, so I might be charged with assault as well as shoplifting. I am currently on my way to jail and I don't when I will be able to get out.

I think after they see this email you won't have to go through any further trouble. They won't want you anymore and they will cut off contact with you.
