How to improve credit analytical skills?

Hello guys, I am a fresh graduate working in credit division of corporate banking. I have to write credit reports for loan applications and annual review of existing facilities.

After 3 months in the role, I feel like I didn't improve much, all my writings and analysis were still like university level. Nothing very original, in-depth or value-adding. I would love to hear advice from experienced credit analysts or any bankers to solve this problem. Thank you.

***Sorry for posting in Investment Banking Forum as I couldn't find a general banking or corporate banking forum
