How to make IB more efficient ?

First time poster.

As an incoming college freshman who is interested in IB, I’ve been reading on WSO a decent bit trying to gain a bit of insight into what IB is really like. Time and time again I’ve seen people complain about the inefficiency of their work, ranging from creating decks that will never see the light of day to waiting hours for comments to come in, all the way to “moving the logo 1 pixel to the right.” My question is, could these “inefficiencies” be somehow reduced, and if they could be, why haven’t they yet? Why hasn’t a BB placed a large focus on streamlining work and maximizing efficiency. Could bring better profit and happier workers/clients. Idk maybe I’m misguided.

Cheers
