incoming IB SA at a group that does not have ~100% FT offers. It's closer to 3/5,3/4,2/3. How do I make sure I am not the one or two to get cut in my class? What should I prepare for, what should do during my internship? Really need the FT offer, don't think I will have much success in FT recruiting because of some factors.
