How to manage many live deals
So my MD is killing it and I currently have 5 live deals and 2 pitches. They are at different stages so work varies between them but im under water here. Im a senior associate/VP with three analysts under me. Hardest part is keeping track of everything. My usual productivity method of using a planner only works for up to 3/4 live deals + pitches. How do you organize yourself? How can I keep track of eveything? I also have to manage up a ton and maybe ive been too good at that because the MD is basically just selling full time.
