How to navigate FT recruiting as a rising senior with SA offer at a small PE firm?
I go to a target school with a decent GPA and will be interning at a FO at a small PE shop in NYC. I received three interviews from BB and EB, and a couple from buy side MO, but I failed to convert them into offers. As a result, I plan to practice more with people over the summer and maybe take GMAT. What's the timeline for FT recruiting? Can I do accelerated recruiting? Or just OCR? What should I know for FT recruiting? I feel like this year's timeline for SA is very different from that of last year. Thanks in advance for the input.
