I can't seem to get one senior banker on the phone, any tips on how to network with associates or directors?
I'm cold emailing, showing interest and asking for a call, and I have a solid 40% response rate from juniors but almost 0% from people with more than 3 years of experience at a BB. P.S.: I'm not in the US
