How to prepare for a Public Finance Interview?

I have an interview coming up for a BB in their public finance/infrastructure group for munis trading. Could anyone offer any advice what should expect during the interview or how much different it would be from a traditional investment banking interview? There is little information on public finance and munis on this website since it's kind of a niche market. Also, I am only a sophomore. Does anyone know if interviewers tend to go easier on sophomores? Although it being easier would be nice, I wouldn't mind if it was just as hard as interviews for juniors. I'm just asking to help gauge whether I should devote my time to behaviour questions or technical questions in the coming days.

Also, this is for a summer 2019 internship. I'm not sure how I was offered to interview so late and that alone has me very anxious. I thought most of the BBs already had their positions filled and this role isn't even available on their website anymore. Do you think they are just trying to fill a spot that someone reneged on? I'm definitely overthinking everything, but just trying to figure out what to expect.
