How to prepare for informational interview with Goldman Sachs?
Hi I'm going to have a phone call with a VP from Goldman Sachs IB, and I'm really nervous about it. I have read Goldman Sachs career page, I have some understanding of economy of U.S. and China, and some questions to ask the VP. But I still feel unprepared, I can't answer "Why Goldman Sachs" perfectly because the reasons I give are vague (I think most banks have the similar culture, so why this firm is so difficult to answer). This VP has talked to tons of students and weeded out tons, too, so I'm really worried that I can't make a good impression. Can anyone give me some suggestions on what to prepare for this informational interview ( such as reading the news? )
