How to respond to people telling me leave the office when I’ve still got work
Have been pulling some late nights recently and my friends and others in the office try to get me to leave around 10pm or 11pm. The thing is, I have no monitor at home and need to finish my work at the desk. I end up coming off as a hairdo saying “I’m fine staying here, gonna be a late one”.
Any advice here on what to say to people to avoid seeming like I’m forcing my self into late nights in the office?
Just say what you just typed… don’t overthink it.
Just say you don't have a good set up at home
Say “sorry I have goals, bro”
Tell them that their soft attitude is the reason they’ll never make it in the finance world
