How to Spread Comps

Hello! looking for a little help with learning how to spread comps by hand, how do you 1) deal with only 10-Q data? So you have 9 months of data and are missing another 3 months and its a new company? How do you standardize it for 12 months? 2) For the EV, what values do I pull out for Debt? What am I looking for on the Q-10 3) For RSU and performance stock options, how do I account for these? 4) What's the most reliable source to go to for this information? 5) How do I account for preferred shares that aren't traded on the secondary market? Thank you very much!!!!
