Hey all, I'm trying to get myself up-to-date with the recent M&A deals. I checked many different webpages on the internet, but I'm just unable to find out which IB leads this M&A deal. Am I missing something? Did they not use any IB for this?

HP was advised by JPM, 3Par by Qatalyst Group, and Dell (who lost out) by Credit Suisse
where do you get this info? Do you mind to share? I also want to find out whether HP needed to finance the deal through JPM.

and i don't think hp needed the financing help from jpm.
