what could you possibly do to make the HR girls not like you to that extent? it sounds like whoever told you that used it as an excuse for getting passed on....don't know from experience though

 

Yeah, I've heard that, it happened to my buddy. He a DUI or something totally unrelated to his performance on his record which the HR chicks didn't like and he claims that cost him the offer.

 

Those are all stupid excuses, he/she fucked up so they didn't get an offer, it's as simple as that. HR has little to no pull, plus they're mostly nice people so you gotta be a major dickwad to piss them off. They also have a lot of fit girls so I always spend a lot of time chatting them up at parties.

 

what basis does HR have for making a decision on one? for example, would a credit check showing bad credit be a reason for HR to not want you back?
