HR said they need a bio from me....

As the title says....HR asked for a bio from me. I was wondering if anyone has a good template or if their company has sent them one before. I asked HR if they had a template and they just said "No. It should be easy just to write a little story about your college internships. your school, and what you do for us"

If other people are going to see this I don't want to sound stupid... Do I talk in the third person like "NAME when to XYZ school" or what?

Also if I am going to write one I want to put it on my LinkedIn..Good or Bad Idea?

Just google a firm and click on the leadership section and read the bios. If your firm doesn’t do it, most smaller shops do.
