HSBC, Brown Gibbons Lang, Stifel, Nomura Greentech Ranked??
How do HSBC, Brown Gibbons Lang, Stifel, and Nomura Greentech rank amongst each other? As a non-target, I'm grateful to have these options for Junior SA.
Would love to hear what the street currently thinks of these firms / any advice on how to decide for SA. That said, I am still in the recruitment process for two BBs and a very reputable LO AM, but I do not think I should risk passing up multiple offers for opportunities that may not materialize. Any insight is greatly appreciated!!
probably going to be between greentech and BGL. Stifel is as mid as you get (they are not really good at anything). While Nomura is a foreign bank I believe they are the best option with BGL in close second. HSBC is not good in the states and only in europe imo.
Nomura Greentech > HSBC > BGL (read other threads on this lol) / Stifel
Stifel is a real bank in the US. Small deals but they do things.
