Looking for insights on HSBC HK CHR (consumer, healthcare, retail) team? Like working hours, deal flow/type, team culture etc
Understand that consumption may not be the core sector for HSBC but kinda like this industry lol

From what I've heard hsbc is suffering from the lack of competent juniors. Especially in SF/HIF. They seem to care a LOT about retention risk as well. For CHR idk haven't seen anyone who works in CHR so far.
