Hsbc job simulation

I was just taking the HSBC job simulation, when I encountered internet connection problems and power outage (this isn't very relevant background information as I'll resume it once I've fixed these problems).

My question is about whether the schedule for the week supplied as part of the 2nd video question in the job simulation: for the activities labelled fixed, are only "fixed" in the sense of being inevitable to attend before the close of the day, or are they fixed & immovable regarding the time attached to them?

I am asking this because as part of my answers, I intend to state that I cannot attend a meeting (where I am to stand in for a senior colleague) because I have another appointment labelled as "fixed" within that Tuesday afternoon period.

Could someone who has taken this test before clarify the precise meaning of what"fixed" implies?
