I already accepted a summer analyst offer but...

So I'm currently a sophomore, and I was able to use my freshman internship at an investment bank to help me land a non-paid SA role at a boutique investment bank. I just found out that I might be able to have a paid SA role at a BB for this summer (surprisingly since I'm a sophomore). If I do get the offer, how would I go around telling the other firm? It would be a no-brainer to go with the BB, right?

By the way congrats if you get it. SA gig as a soph, not too shabby.

Nice guys may not finish last but they sure don't finish first. Loyalty is not rewarded, it's taken advantage of.

Agree with the other two here. To the extent the other offer is unpaid, it should be a fairly easy story to sell.

Agree. No one will think poorly about taking a paid internship over unpaid one. I think the boutique will understand
