I need to leave France and find a good College or BS

I'm actually obligated to leave France due to its unbearable taxes policy on cryptocurrencies, they want to take a 62.2% tax on my gains I made so now you know why I can't stay here. I'm also posting this message to know which country would best fit for my career in investment banking knowing that I'm an undergraduate at Assas-Panthéon, due to the different taxes policy and personal choices, I only retained UK and Switzerland. Which College or University would you recommend to me ? I don't have a superb profile as I doubled up my freshman year in college, just so you know. I would ideally like to be registered at the beginning of the next school year.
