I will be a bad associate... How to check Interns' work efficiently?
Hey guys - I am currently an Analyst 3 and will be Associate in 8 months
I had some experiences working with Summer Interns / Analysts 1 and I found it very difficult to check their work. What I do is that I redo the work and then I compare it with what the intern / the analyst 1 did, which is not efficient at all, I know. I am a bit worried as I will be associate in 8 months.
Associates, please do you have any tips on how to check other people's work efficiently? Any tips?
It is always inefficient at first. Check their whole work at the beginning and if their work is consistently reliable only check numbers and data that seems off.
