IB Accounting Notes + Free Corp Fin Textbook Online

A friend of mine asked me to post some basic accounting notes I put together a while back - said it could be helpful for interviews. Mostly focuses on linking statements (not going to explain in depth why A+L=E) and how items flow through them.

If anyone has good notes on the advanced accounting concepts (pension / NOLs, etc) to send, that'd be very helpful.

Also: here's a very, very good free corp fin textbook online: book.ivo-welch.info/ed2/toc.html
My prof actually chose it over brealey myers. really awesome for the author to do this (you can order the print copy for $50, which is what I did).
