IB analyst transition to software engineering?
Hi guys,
1st year analyst here and just like most of you WFH has been hard. I've come to realize that high finance is not even for me so wanted to make a move early while a still can into tech. Currently working at a BB in the TMT team.
How easy is the transition from IB into a SWE role at google for example given that I have some coding background? I also plan on going to a coding bootcamp to develop my coding further. Is this common? Let me know if you have any opinions as I'm still considering this
