IB BB SA Class Sizes (New York)

Hey all, was curious about the number of IBD analysts that NY BBs hire per summer. For instance, for MS/GS/CS is it around 50-60? And how many of those would be diversity? I know that it's usually under 20 for EBs.

Would appreciate any insights as I'm trying to gauge my chances! Thanks very much!

I heard Laz NY is close to ~40 this year and MoCo NY is actually closer to ~45. PJT RSSG takes about 8-9, not sure about pure advisory but I'd say about 15-20. CVP interviewed 120 candidates at their mega superday last year and took about 1/3rd for all their offices, so I'm guessing 30-35 in NY.

You'd be surprised, EB classes are a lot bigger than you'd expect.

BB teams are definitely 100+ with BAML and JPM closer to 130-140 (this isn't even including capital markets). I think MS is the smallest out of the top BBs at about 80 but still pretty close there.
