IB --> Buyside (opportunities) in Switzerland

Hey everyone,
As someone with a Swiss background who is going to start studying at at top european universtiy (think HEC,HSG, Bocconi) I've thought about the career opportunities in Zürich.
It seems like in IB, UBS is the largest player, Morgan Stanley i think has a small team and JPM aswell. Jefferies/Lazard/Rothilsch are present aswell and a few other players.

Money-wise, starting your career in Switzerland is definetly attractive considering the low taxes and high starting salaries (correct me if i'm wrong but I think around 120-130k base).
So it would only make sense to start a career in Switzerland.
But if you eventually want to move to the buyside, what opportunities are there?
There are a few PE shops (Ufenau, Partners Group, etc.) but on the Fundamental HF side I dont think that there are many of those shops, only relevant players I know are Cevian and I think MLP has a pod in Zug.

Q: if the goal is to work on the buyside (in Switzerland), does it make sense to start in IB in London or Zürich? If you manage to get a spot at one of those shops, do you think a Buyside career in Switzerland can be more lucrative than in London?
