Hi guys, I am currently involved in the process of creating an Investment Banking and Financial Advisory organization at my university. I would appreciate any advice from those of you who were in organizations like this in university on what made your experiences successful, worthwhile, and enjoyable, or even things that you feel should have been avoided. Anything in terms of structure and/or resource recommendations (such as M&I modelling guides or prior pitch books) would be much appreciated, along with any other information you think would be useful for me to know.
