IB Compensation Report

Hey guys,

I'm off to a top 15 MBA program this fall, and have been doing some research on the opportunities available from banking at the associate level or higher. I stumbled across a compensation report that was pretty interesting, but focused on consultants. (http://goo.gl/g9Y1lM) While that is interesting (and perhaps useful to some), I'm looking for something similar for bankers. I know WSO has it's compensation report, but they really don't have a detailed breakout on common exits (such as page 8 on the above pdf).

If anyone can point me to anything similar, i'd greatly appreciate it.

Thanks!

hey Hamm0, I'm happy you brought this up because we just restructured our Company Database search to be able to drill down better. So if you go to the Salary tab here: //www.wallstreetoasis.com/wso-company-database/salary you will see that you can now sort by Job Title and industry...so if you did 'Manager" as job title and "Consulting" as Industry, you should get some good comps...

Hopefully by end of day or by end of day Monday we will have the following improvement to the live server:

  1. Year filter on Salary tab
  2. Degree and Certifications Filter on Salary, Interview and Review tabs (so if you only want to see MBA results you can easily do that)
  3. Multi-select Job Title - instead of free form, have the Job Title filter be a multi-select field
  4. Make all other search filter fields also multi-select so that if you don't want to drill down as narrow you have that option.

Thanks! Patrick
