IB early-carrer choices 🫠
Hello everyone!
I’ve recently received an offer from a boutique investment banking firm here in India. While the compensation isn’t very competitive, the role promises strong exposure as outlined in the JD (this will be my first full-time role).
I’m currently weighing the pros and cons and would really appreciate any insights or advice from those who’ve been in similar situations or are familiar with the IB landscape.
