IB/ Fin/ Fin mathematics books

I am a second year finance student. I’m looking for the best IB books and Finance and financial math books. Besides the ones related my course I’m looking for IB/Finance books that people on Wall Street and in IB actually really read.

Thank you so much. Sorry I’ve just seen this. No notification.

Thank you I’ll have a look at them. I’ve ran out of silver bananas 🍌. I will remember to come back and slap you with one 😂.

Thank you again. Have a great day, evening or morning.

The two classic textbook style books would be Investment Banking by Rosenbaum & Pearl and Distressed Debt Analysis by Moyer (if you are interested in RX).

For more of a narrative style book that’s an easy read for a prospective banker, I would read Monkey Business: Swinging Through the Wall Street Jungle by Rolfe and Troob. It’s a classic that’s quite funny and shows you how absurd the industry can be sometimes. Another solid one is Discussion Materials: Tales of a Rookie Wall Street Investment Banker by Keenan.
