IB Germany good ways to get in

22y old right now studying Banking & Finance Bachelor (half way through) while working full time. Trying to get in Frankfurt school or another school in that league. Is it too late for IB in Germany?

You are probably at DHBW or something equivalent to it? Best shot would probably be to do a Gap Year with internships (IB, M&A boutiques and Transaction Service at Big4). After that I would do a 1-2 years Master (In Germany something like whu, Mannheim). Know a few who did this path and it worked for them
