IB in a developing country
Hi there,
I'm from a developing country and my goal is to get in IB in London or NY. I come from a non-target university in Europe and in my country I could do some IB internships or even work full-time as an IB Analyst (in local banks).
The deals are few (2/3 per year) and those that happen are between the 50m-250m range.
So I just want some advice, how feasible would be to work as an IB Analyst in my country and then lateral to analyst/associate roles in NY/London?
I would like to skip the target MBA path because I can't afford it.
Thanks! :)
