Has anyone ever been in the waiting list for IB for RO
Strong feedback from group but HR said they would try to find me a seat on the floor for next year
Any advice on how to navigate this? Haven't heard any comms since their last outreach

I was on waiting list for a long time but it got cleared and I could join the same summer.. maybe pure luck!
But I kept following up on weekly basis with the HR and some other people I knew in the bank ensuring my continued interest. I also let them know when I got offer from a boutique!
