IB Layoffs/Recession
Looks like we're headed towards a recession. Expensive financing + lower consumer demand might restrict capital available for acquisitions. At the same time, financially healthy companies may want to take advantage of low prices. I figure M&A will decrease relative to 2021, but shouldn't be disastrous right? Any word on pipeline and/or layoffs y'all are willing to share?
