IB Resume Help

Hello, I am a currently an undergrad student who will begin 4th year this coming fall. I am currently putting together my resume for next year and am just wondering if I should include the following experience...

Last summer I spent 2 months working and living in Nepal, at the foothills of the Himalayas. I resided at a Buddhist monastery where I lived on less than $1 a day. I was fully immersed in a completely different way of life, of which, I'd say has had a pretty significant impact on my world view. However, I am unsure on whether or not this experience would be appropriate to include on my CV.

Would this experience help me in anyway differentiating myself from the pool of candidates? Or is it unnecessary to include travel experiences?

Thanks!

It's interesting, but it's not differentiating you in any way that's relevant. I wouldn't include it in any "meaningful" way... Maybe consider adding a few words in your interests line on it, but I wouldn't make it a multi-line thing
