IB Salaries and Bonuses
I've seen a lot of these for the US and wanted to start one for Canada. Here it goes, mention your bank category or bank name
Bank Category BB/EB/Big5/6/MM/Boutique. You can mention Tier 1 BB/EB/Big5 if you want to.
Title - AN1 AS1 VP 1 etc
Base, Bonus TC - stock/deferred
Bracket - If you don't know assume Top Middle Bottom.
Explicitly mention if your bank pays in USD (prob only for some BB's and EB's). Please put RBC in the Big 5 Category, not in BB just to make it easier.
