IB Summer Analyst Position

I recently graduated from college and have been working in commercial banking (basically a sales job) at a smaller F500 bank for a few years. Therefore, I never completed an internship because I already had a job throughout college and did not understand the weight that an internship holds. Now I am having trouble getting analyst positions because I do not have direct experience. I was wondering if it is possible to get an internship position and start from the bottom if you are already out of college. Would traditional BB SA programs be out of the question for the future? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
